K3K

Family-owned franchise group

Franchise operators,in it for generations.

K3K is a family franchise group, named for the three of us — all K's. We operate Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins today, with Mango Mango and Lightbridge Academy on the way, and we often own the real estate beneath our stores.

Our brands

What we operate today.

Dunkin'/Baskin-RobbinsDunkin'/Baskin-Robbins
Operating

Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins

Drive-thru combo stores pairing Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins under one roof — run to brand standard and to our own.

Mango Mango
In development

Mango Mango

Bringing the Mango Mango dessert brand to our market — the next concept joining the group.

Lightbridge Academy
In development

Lightbridge Academy

An early-education franchise in development, broadening the group beyond food & beverage.

Track record

Eight brands. Two generations.

K3K was founded in 2022, but the experience behind it goes back 25+ years — a generation of operating franchises across food, convenience, and education. Now the next generation is joining, carrying that know-how forward.

The early years

BlimpieStreet Corner Urban Market

Cut our teeth as hands-on operators in food and neighborhood convenience.

Building the portfolio

Pollo CamperoKumon

Branched across categories — full-flavor QSR dining and education — learning what travels and what doesn't.

Today

Dunkin'Baskin-Robbins

Drive-thru combo stores are the engine of the group: high-volume, well-run, and built into their communities.

What's next

Mango MangoLightbridge Academy

Two new concepts in development — dessert and early education — chosen deliberately, opened carefully.

What we do

Operate, develop, and own.

We run the stores, build the next ones, and — where we can — own the ground they sit on.

01

Multi-unit operations

Running several locations across brands to one standard — the same attention at store six as at store one.

02

New-unit development

Site selection, build-out, and openings. Four Mango Mango stores are next on the board, with more to follow.

03

Real estate ownership

Where it makes sense, we own the commercial real estate beneath our stores — controlling our locations instead of renting them.

04

Hands-on management

Family-run and on the ground. The owners are in the stores, not just on the cap table.

Why K3K

Operators who know the difference.

Multi-brand operators

We run different concepts — QSR, dessert, education — on one disciplined operating playbook.

We own our real estate

Where it counts, we control the ground beneath our stores. No landlord, no surprises.

25+ years of family know-how

Our parents spent a quarter-century operating franchises — we know a good deal from a bad one before we sign.

The owners are in the stores

Family-run and on the ground. Decisions are fast and the accountability stops with us.

How we work

Principles we don't bend on.

01

Owners, not flippers

We buy and build to hold. Our locations are meant to be in the family for the next generation, not the next quarter.

02

Run by the family

Decisions are made by the three of us whose name is on the door — close to the ground, accountable, and in it for the long term.

03

Built to last

Steady reinvestment over short-term extraction. We'd rather operate fewer stores and run them properly.

About

Three K's, one family business.

K3K is named for the three of us — a family, all of whose names begin with K. Our parents spent 25+ years operating franchises; in 2022 we brought it together under one name, and now the next generation is stepping in.

Today that means Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins in our stores, with Mango Mango and Lightbridge Academy on the way — run the way the family always has: close to the work, reinvesting patiently, and holding what we build for the long term.

“We're not here for a quick return. We're here to build something worth passing on.”
